A Self-Regulation Program: Relaxed and Ready to Learn (Elementary Edition) is a manualized e-book developed as a guide to help teach students how to self-regulate in order to work through various problems and scenarios at school and at home. The e-book provides discussion topics, activities, suggested scripts, and much more. 

The school program also includes a Professional Learning section for school staff, a workshop for parents, and a pyramid of intervention outlying a tiered approach for prevention to crisis and critical response.
