 Pyramid of Intervention on how to assist following a traumatic event in a school, i.e. response to intervention. This involves a hands-on strategy for staff to work with the students after a traumatic event in order to decrease the risk of long-term repercussions related to the event, as well as guidance on when to refer out for further services.
