Professional Learning
The Professional Learning includes all 4 components of the Prepped 4 Learning Program. You will receive the e-Book, parent workshop, and pyramid of intervention free with the Professional Learning online workshop.
The Professional Learning has over 30 interactive modules to help school staff learn about self-regulation, gain an understanding about how past experiences influence present behaviour, emotions, responses, and discover simple ways to help their students calm their mind and body in order to be ready to learn in school.
We will discuss ways to support school teams, how to involve parents, and how to build capacity from a systems perspective. Teacher efficacy is described and staff is given the opportunity to privately examine their own levels of efficacy. We review education theories in a fun and interactive way allowing staff to understand the neurobiology and importance of having students relaxed and ready to learn. Staff members are given the opportunity to reflect on the pilot studies that have been done with these materials in different parts of the world and much more….
Individual staff members may select to do the Professional Learning to implement the program in their classroom. Individual schools or entire school divisions may select to do it together to create common language and a stepped mental health intervention in their schools with a focus on helping students become relaxed and ready to learn. Take a moment to check out the research support for this type of program in schools.
